Payment is made before or upon delivery of the products and can be made in one of the following ways:

Bank account deposit

Payment by deposit to one of our bank accounts

By choosing bank account deposit as a payment method, you transfer or deposit the exact amount of money to one of the following accounts,

The order number and the name you entered on the order form should be written on the deposit receipt.

After depositing the money for your fastest service please contact us by sending an e-mail: at info@knotshandcrafted.com stating your name and the bank where you deposited the amount, to notify us that the deposit was made. As soon as our account is informed about the payment of the order, it will be executed immediately.

*If you make the payment through another bank, you will have to bear the costs of the transaction.

**For this particular payment method, your order remains in “pending” status after it has been placed, until the deposit is confirmed. Your order is held for five working days. If no deposit is made within this period, it is automatically cancelled.
