We ship the products all over Greece and most areas globallly.
You can receive your order anywhere you wish in Greece or abroad through the couriers with whom we cooperate . All you need to do is state the exact shipping address when placing your order.
Orders are shipped from knotshandcrafted.com daily in 2 ways:
By Courier (2-10 days depending on location)
*If for any reason you wish to pick up your order yourself from the courier store and not have your order come to your location, then you can state “Pick up from the courier store” in the comments of your order. In this case your order will be sent and will remain at the nearest courier store for you to collect it yourself.
You can also pick up your order from our office on business days and working hours.

Returns
Return due to wrong product delivery:
In the event that the product we sent you is different from the one you ordered, you can return it within seven (7) calendar days of purchase without shipping charges. The return of the product, in this case, can only be done if the product is in its original condition.
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to the cases that are excluded by the current legislation and jurisprudence, such as products that have been manufactured for you to your own specifications, services that have already been performed, products that are not suitable for return for health reasons if they have been unsealed.
Return to change number:
In the event that the number you ordered is not the right one, you can change it by first contacting the sales department by phone to ensure availability. Exchange can be made within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, shipping charges may apply.

Withdrawal – Return – Replacement of Products
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, from the date of receipt, returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any other costs, except for the return costs. Bank account notification is required for the refund.
